Due to the artisanal and hygienic nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns on items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of your delivery date.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any opened, sampled, or used skincare products.

If you are unsure about a product or have questions about its ingredients, please contact our support team at damankconsulting@yahoo.com before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or otherwise defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at damankconsulting@yahoo.com and include:

• •A brief description of the issue
• •Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return has been processed. Naamani Artisan Cosmetics cannot guarantee receipt of returned products sent without tracking.

Before sending any item back to us, please email damankconsulting@yahoo.com with:

• •Your reason for requesting the return

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the appropriate refund method based on your original payment arrangement.

Products that have been opened, used, sampled, altered, or returned outside of the 14-day return period may not qualify for a refund.
